Singlecut Beersmiths Kim

Light straw for the malt, no noticeable hops, moderate musty and funky for the yeast, with lots of raspberry in the background. Head is large, light pink, with fair lacing and is mostly lasting. Color is hazy medium red/tan. Flavor starts harshly acidic and sour, then finishes heavily and sour. Palate is light to medium, watery, with a lively carbonation and a very tart finish.
