Nimble Series offering number two displays influence from the Nordic country of Norway. Our friends at Omega Yeast (Chicago, IL) provided us an aromatically intense Norwegian strain (Hornindal Kveik). Once on location, we encouraged Hornindal to play with a hop blend featuring Denali, Cascade and Chinook. In doing so few witnessed a beauty of a fermentation party, and subsequently landed on quite the liquid creation. Enjoy, and as always, stay nimble.
