Eastern cottontail boasts a hop profile unlike any beer in our portfolio. Citra and Mandarina Bavaria play critical supporting roles, but the real star power comes forth in the form of cryo hops (Loral and Amarillo), who work together to elevate the sensory impact in dramatic fashion. Layered within these hop driven notes lies a cool sweetness, contributed by a dose of lactose and extended rest on bourbon and vanilla bean.
