Birra 100 Venti - Sir Alestrong

Inspired by English Strong Ale, Sir AleStrong combines strength and elegance. The deep amber colour with auburn highlights brings with it a robust but not excessive body and a discreet alcohol content. With just enough bitterness to balance it is a malt-driven beer with notes of caramel, flowers, dark honey, dried fruit and a slight roast. Body and alcohol, present but discreet, do not penalise the drink, which closes with a very long, warm and enveloping finish.
