Beer description

Skovlyst HumleBryg is an award-winning IPA that was brewed for the first time in 2005. It is actually the first beer we brewed under the Skovlyst brand. It is brewed in the American IPA style, which is characterised by a powerful malt flavour and bitterness. It is balanced with fresh notes of citrus fruits and flowers. The name 'HopBryg' comes from the fact that it is brewed with a variety of different hop varieties that provide a full-bodied hop flavour.
