Hazy IPAs originated in the North Eastern states of the US and are brewed to be soft, juicy, pillowy IPAs that differ vastly from the more aggressively bittered IPAs of the West Coast. Brewed with a good portion of wheat and oats in the mash to promote a soft, silky mouthfeel, Skunk Juice is also brewed with canny water chemistry and strictly only late addition hops to restrain any potential hop bitterness. The hops used are Citra and Mosaic which gives this beer a big, tropical punch-bowl of aroma and flavour that drinks like a glass of Fruit Juice.
