Brewery Slaapmutske - Bio-Tripel

The beer is hazy golden colored with a nice stable white foam. Carbonation is very good. The aroma is malty and hoppy, with notes of sweet malts, citrus, bananas, orange peels, grass, yeast and spices. The taste is full bodied and starts sweet malty and goes to medium bitterness with fresh hops and notes from the aroma. The end is pretty spicy and peppery. The finish is bitter and light dry, with a peppery aftertaste.
