Bottom fermented
Fermentation
Beer description
Semi-dark bottom-fermented strong malt lager of German origin, which is historically associated with special occasions. According to the original recipe, ie top-fermented, Bock was cooked in a dark design in the 15th century by German brewers of the Hanseatic city. Later, Munich brewers adopted this style and began cooking it as bottom-fermented.
