Our 1st Anniversary special, a festive cheesecake imperial pastry stout. We added loads of blueberries and black currants, as well as cinnamon and ginger to the brew. This fantastic treat is both sweet with hints of sourness, thick and strong. When gently heated in your hands, it busts with aromas of berries and chocolate, mild spices, while the taste, oh the taste, despite the high ABV, is so velvety and soft, with an expressive berry profile, where currant acidity and blueberry tartness are clearly visible and perfectly balanced.
