Malanka - Slodyč: Šakaladny kieks z cynamonam, vanilliu i čornym kardamonam

Ok, so what do we have here? The new incarnation of “Slodyč” (“goody” in Belarusian), our super sticky, sweet and tempting pastry imperial stouts. This time it is inspired by something simple yet delicious - a chocolate cupcake. We added loads of cocoa to the secondary fermentation to emphasize the expressive flavor of chocolate and biscuit malts. And for some special twist we used cinnamon, vanilla and black cardamom. The latter is rarely used in confectionery, but its spicy and slightly smoky aroma combines wonderfully with the sweet beer. This imperial stout is jet black, helluva strong and so so chocolaty, it's like a warm desert slowly melting in your mouth. Yum!
