Vault City - Sloe Gin Sour

Find that festive feeling again with a classic seasonal flavour - Sloe Gin. We loaded up our mixed fermentation base beer with 250g/l of Sloes, earthy and sweet, what the infused the beer with our own botanical blend of spices and citrus. A rich and decadent berry character is complemented but piney juniper and bright citrus zest. Pure indulgence!
