Spontaneous, sour

Beer description
Cloudy and thick orange and red colored beer with a long lasting head. Aroma is acetic prune earth, acetic grounded in some soily maltiness. Its earthy and nice and the acetic character beefs that up without being overbearing. Flavor is a leafy soil with acetic touches and a cherry pit component. Some lactic sourness as well. Long earthy cherry after taste. Almost like a Scottish Flanders Ale. Some alcohol peaks through it all as well. Nice stuff. Always interesting from this brewery.
