This is your classic Bavarian Weizen beer, but it has been fermented with Belgian Abbey yeast. You can expect hints of plum and banana from our yeast strain that blend with the soft and subtle flavors provided by the wheat malt. Also, look for spicy notes imparted by the addition of coriander, sweet orange peel and chamomile.
