Never wait in line for mantou again with our Beijing-inspired version of a classic Berliner Weisse. Steamed mantou buns were used in place of a traditional wheat base, resulting in a distinctly bready aroma. Our house Lactobacillus culture and a dash of the jiu qu (酒曲) used in our mijiu lend the right blend of funk and pleasant tartness.
