Beer description
We got some amazing fruit from the fine folks at Pine Tree Apple Orchard… Ironically, still no apples (???). However, we did get a whole mess of some incredibly aromatic strawberries & let them referment with all their natural funk and our Foeder-Fermented Berliner base for 3 months at a rate of about 6 pounds per gallon. Then it got laid down for keg and can-conditioned for maximum spritziness. On tap and hitting stores today.
Sidenote: Keg & Can-conditioning means these babies will continue to develop if properly cellared.
