Beer description
United Gypsies organised a party for the Travelling Brewers in the autumn, where they had a brewery sauna, tasted beers and indulged in a pizza oven.
The programme also included a surprise group party.
Participants were divided into different groups to choose the ingredients for the beer brew.
The other groups were not told what ingredients and preparation methods the previous ones had used!
Group 1: Pale Ale and Pilsner, Munich, Naked oats, Red rye, Pearled black
Kosoola Brewery, Ö Brewing, Valhalla
Group 2 Brewing and hops: Centennial, Simcoe, Magnum. Humalove
Group 3: Kneading: W34/70 Lager yeast 19C. Hangaround&Nobody, Kallio, Juho Halonen.
Group 4 Spices: lemon, sage and lone beetroot.
Level Eleven, 3 Dice.
Group 5 Dry painting: echoes. Flight Level
