Beer description
Kveik Fermented Seltzer Made with Michigan Beet Sugar, Rhubarb and Hibiscus. Following Mitch's Celiac Disease diagnosis we were looking to make more gluten free alternatives at the brewery. So, we teamed up with Bootleg Biology to grow their OSLO strain of kveik on sorghum to ferment this truly gluten free seltzer made with MI beet sugar, whole Canadian rhubarb, and hibiscus. As always, our beverages are can conditioned, meaning this was canned flat and carbonated in the can with another dose of MI beet sugar, just like our beer.
