Beer description
Aged for 1 year in port barrels and brewed with monastic tradition in mind, this Belgian-style quad pours a dark russet brown with tan head. Caramel, toffee, and candied hazelnut lay the backbone for deeper fruit notes of prune, fig, cherry, and rich port wine. Finishes full bodied with drying tannins, mild acidity and lingering jam.
