Hazy dark amber body, tan head. Aroma of smoked ham, earthiness, esters, roasted malts. Taste is rather sweet with moderate bitterness and subtle smoky flavors (smoked ham), and some dried fruit, as well as roasted malts. Medium body, oily body, soft carbonation.
