1st beer brewed in 2009, a success that has not been denied! Splendid colour, a warm amber beer with mixed aromas of barley and
hops, rich and multiple. 2nd silver medal for the Brasserie at the CGA Paris 2017, after that of the Princess des Marais in 2016.
Ranked 1 star "very successful beer" in the Guide Hachette des Bières 2014 and 2016.
Alc 7,5% Vol, ale (top fermentation beer, unfiltered and unpasteurised, cold storage, refermentation in bottles), entirely natural.
