Beer description
Light session IPA with only 3.5% vol. It is brewed with only one hop variety, which we select every year. For 2023, we have chosen a variety from Australia. The koala is symbolic of this. Enigma: a hop variety that gives the beer a unique flavor profile - the nose is seduced by fruity notes. The beer gets its sweetness from the American ale yeast and the decent alcohol content. Perfect for the hottest days of the year!
