Beer description
Inspired by the Scottish tradition known as “Wee Heavy,” in which malt takes center stage. It has a light brown color with ruby highlights, topped with a fine-textured, hazelnut-colored head of moderate persistence. On the nose, an intense malt fragrance blends with aromas of caramel, red fruit, and toasted grain. On the palate, it is sweet but not cloying, with a complex aromatic profile that highlights malt alongside caramel; the notes perceived on the nose manifest on the palate, evoking dried fruit, red berries, and toasted notes on the finish. Carbonation is moderate, and the full body envelops the palate with a lingering sensation even after the sip; a delicate alcoholic warmth accompanies the drinking experience.
