Sothis - Fotone 1.0

Our take on the American IPA style is an amber-colored beer with a fine, persistent head that aims to highlight the hop aromas. On the nose, the dry hopping yields a bouquet with multiple, complex facets ranging from citrus to resinous notes, with floral and tropical fruit aromas in between. The palate lives up to the nose; in fact, fruit and resin characterize this beer from the very first sips. The bitterness is bold and persistent but well-balanced by a solid malty base.
