Beer description
A traditional German wheat beer reimagined with a modern twist, featuring a pale straw-yellow color and a clear, white, creamy head with moderate persistence. The nose reveals citrus notes accompanied by the aromas of spices added during the boil, while the malty character is reminiscent of unbaked bread dough. On the palate, the bitterness of the hops is replaced by a clean, balanced lactic acidity that is never excessive. Refreshing citrus and spicy aromas are present, accompanied by light malty notes of bread. Its light body, medium carbonation, and modest alcohol content make it an extremely drinkable beer.
