More tart than sour and matured on blackcurrant and fresh rosemary, this tart dark ale has a distinct deep brownish plum color and aroma notes of rosemary, berries and roasted chocolate. The dark malts and blackcurrant combine to produce an underlying tannic structure similar to wine that adds complexity and balance to the light acidity and earthy sweetness.
