We are pleased to introduce our new Smoothie Sour Blues Sour Ale (alk. 6.5% vol.). It is as melodic and sonorous as the works of old jazzmen. Tart blackberry flavour is harmoniously and masterfully intertwined with peach sweetness and pleasant acidity of passion fruit, like the sounds of brass instruments in the hands of a master intertwined during a solo. Bright and delicate, but still acidic. This is exactly what we wanted this varietal to be. But only the listeners can decide how well we did it
