Beer description

Sour funk, residual sweetness.... that’s how the cidermaster’s roll. Simple, plain and to the point, even though this cider is incredible. So here’s the extended version and a slight translation as to exactly what they wrote. First, not much on the nose but don’t let that fool you, this baby is stoked with the absolute perfect blend of sour funk and sweetness. At first taste you get a mouthful of sweetness [but not over the top sweetness, like 12 packets of the stuff you put in coffee... if you drink coffee], which then backs off and give way to the slightly sour of the funk [making it the “sour funk” the cider masters referenced]. Then that flav goes away near the finish and is replaced by the sweetness from the front end, but not nearly as big, thus the residual sweetness aspect. The finish-finish is pretty clean with a bit of the sweetness lingering, but not too long... more like just long enough that you want to get into the next mouthful or sip [whatever you prefer] but at 6.9% it’s totally fine to drink it like you mean it. Ridiculously good, but as we started out, don’t let the name fool you... this one is as sweet as it is sour. Cheers!
