Bishop Cider - Sour Raspberry

If you like raspberries, and I mean if you REALLY love raspberries, this cider will blow you away. From the up front nose to the very end of the finish, it’s solid raspberry. And, there’s just enough “sour” in there to add a ton of complexity. I’m not sayin it drinks like a farmhouse ale or a sour beer, but.... if you like that style, this will fit right into your wheelhouse. So, Big raspberry nose, big raspberry flavor, nice raspberry finish. It’s tart and sweet, and just enough sour to sneak the word into the name. It’s pretty awesome, so get it while you can.
