Beer Here - South of Denmark (SOD)

A beer which is surprisingly mild mannered considering its pitch black color and dark thick head. The aroma is a symphony of wood smoke, bacon and sweet malts with a hint of alcohol. The palate is complex, medium bodied with coffee, roasted grains and bready malts with a long finish with lingering malt bitterness. A gentleman of a beer. SOD is our interpretation of the mighty Baltic Porter.
