Beer description

The India Pale Ale was the first beer on the market in 2012. The recipe is based on a California India Pale Ale. In six years you have made 29 batches of this beer, which vary in size from 900, 1200 or 2500 liters of fermenter. Each bottle is marked with the batch number on the expiry date. This is the best selling beer. * Historical note * In the 18th century, England took a boat trip to its Indian colony. But the barrels of beer couldn't make the four-month journey without getting angry. So they developed a style in which hop bitterness increased and they didn't know it at the time, but they had lowered the pH, making it less likely that bacteria could grow. Increasing the alcohol content also created a toxic environment for bacteria. This beer became known as "India Pale Ale" and is still served today in India and England. In the 1970s, American craft brewer produced an American version of the IPA, with new hybrid hops that give unique bitterness and flavors, and a new technique, the "dry hop". After the beer is fully fermented, these new hybrid hops are used to create an intense aroma. When we first brewed this beer in 2013, most Swedish brewers only did it in English and an American IPA was quite unusual.
