Beer description

In 2015 she created a French-Belgian farmhouse season (pronounced san) that was fermented on beets and raspberries. The word season in French means "season" because the farms are traditional seasonal beers. The yeast is very special for the season, it originally comes from the Walloon region of Belgium, has a tart, spicy, peppery taste and a wild microflora to create a funk on a farm. Combine that with the earthy beets and the spicy raspberries and you have a unique progressive beer. The light purple color that you wanted to call zombie juice then chose French, so the name "Jus Zombie" was "Season of the Dead". The zombie fist logo (as the South Plains logo of the raised fist) was created by Randy Lillegaard Larsen, an old friend who usually outlines elves and fairies for Lego in Denmark. In four years we have produced 9 batches of this beer, which vary in the sizes 900, 1200 or 2500 liter fermenters. Each bottle is marked with the batch number near the expiry date. Like most progressive beers, many people love it, some find it strange and some hate it.
