Beer description
The history of this beer goes back many years when the brewer was a home brewer in San Francisco. In his garage, he took an old refrigerator and drilled two holes and mounted two taps on the side. When he brewed beer in his garden, he would fill Cornelius barrels and serve his draft beer. He often had large parties and every Christmas he made one called "Hoppy Holidaze", a lightly spiced ale with orange peel, vanilla bean, Ginger and cinnamon. This beer has always been very popular and in 2014 he had a version of this beer posted on Systembolaget for release on December 1st. He set the price very low, just 17:70 kr for a 6% beer to thank my customers. He also put a personal note aside, a caricature of him that says Merry Christmas. The winter ale is usually sold out in a few weeks.
