Southbound Impressionist

Pours a fairly hazy, actively effervescent, pale straw-hued body with a sporadic, white head.Wet sweaty socks spritzed with a bit of house-made vinegar, some touches of curdled wheat, tangy-scented citrus.Tangy, acidic and a tad unclear. There's creamy creamed wheat underneath and a minimal amount of sweetness. Lemony, acerbic. Finishes quite gassy due to its aggressive carbonation content with lingering sharp, vinegar touches with a surprising dusting of castor sugar.
