Southbound Brewing - Light Lager Beer

Pours a lightly hazed, straw-colored body with a short-lived, white head.A simple scent of crackling, crisped barley grains.A fairly subdued taste, a little hint of waterlogged barley with a sustained graininess in the background. A minimal amount of clean bitterness with, perhaps, just a touch of vague spice about it. It's this flavor that perseveres through the finish.
