Brewer Lisa wanted to showcase the differences between our American wheat ale, Lunaweizen, and a traditional hefeweizen. She used a traditional step mash to bring out more clove and spice notes to complement the usual banana and bubblegum flavors of hefeweizens. A light and refreshing beer for the end of Summer.
