Sovina - 500 Saison Grape Ale

After the harvest at Quinta do Ameal, in Ponte de Lima, we mixed the grape juice with the beer and co-fermented it with Saison yeast. The result is a hybrid of 30% grape must, 70% beer, with subtle juiciness and lingering notes of orchard fruit.
