Sovina - Tempo Wild Ale Com Uvas Touriga Nacional

Sovina Tempo is a project that seeks a sense of place, exploring the limits of brewing and innovation. These are detailed beers that require respect and enthusiasm for maturation times. This Wild Ale is the result of a collaboration between Sovina, Quinta dos Murças and Mikkeller Baghaven. After a careful selection of Touriga Nacional grapes and malts, we fermented and matured this beer full of details in French oak barrels, challenging the senses.
