Beer description
Beautiful red ale - the first self-creation of the new brewmaster. It was initially brewed in the cellar in Wördern on a 10 liter scale and later on a 50 liter scale. Then, in early 2020, it was produced for the first time on the 500-liter system at the Specht brewery. From then on it became Rotspecht and received its beautiful label. In terms of taste, Rotspecht is a malt-accented Red Ale in the Irish style. It is not too bitter and delights with its light currant and passion fruit notes.
