Spontaneous Amber Ale Aged in Norden Aquavit Barrels - This spontaneous amber ale, inspired by the old world, was first aged for 1.5 years in a foeder, and then for 8 months in three Norden Aquavit barrels. The end result is a complex wild amber ale with layers of Nordic botanicals and a slightly savory finish.
