Spontaneous Amber Ale Aged in Norden Aquavit Barrels - This old world inspired spontaneous amber ale was aged first for 1.5 years in a foeder, and then for 8 months in three Norden Aquavit barrels. The final product is a complex wild amber ale with layers of nordic botanicals and a slightly savory finish.
