Yerba mate is the dried leaves of the Paraguayan holly plant. They are used to create a stimulating brew popular in South America. To this brew we have added dragon fruit, surprising with its aroma, and turned the whole thing up with fruity-citrusy hops to create the uncommon beer you hold in your hand.
