Beer description
Brewed in collaboration with Emersons Brewery in 2018 and released in 2022. A southern hemisphere version of the Arctic Ales originally brewed in the Victorian period to sustain polar explorers. Brewed strong and aged for 4 years in oak with a wild yeast from Burton. Antarctic Ale.
