We love to experiment, and if you were ever at the Cidercade or the Bishop tasting room in Dallas you already know this. So for this lab experiment, the white coats took a base Cabernet wine and stoked it with orange, cinnamon and cloves. It kinda has a Gluhwein vibe, without the raisins. This could also could be warmed up on a cold [or cool, in Dallas] winter night with a cinnamon stick and chill by the fire.
