Bishop Cider - Spiced Peach

So, with all of the various peach flavored ciders we brew, the crew just wasn't happy. Come to think of it, they rarely are. Well, they are a happy bunch, but they always to make the ciders happier. So they took their already great "Peach" cider and added Chai Spices consisting of cinnamon, clove, allspice, nutmeg, black pepper and cardamom. As you can imagine, this adds huge complexity to the peach. It's semi-sweet with a ton of different flavors.
