Spinnakers Honey Kolsch Pilsner

A precursor to the Pilsner style, a happy result of an abundance of honey foam collected as honey is processed to separate nectar from the cone. Rich in enzymes and minerals, the foam is added to the boil resulting in a rich mouthfeel with fermentables that produce a dry finish.
