Spinnakers Oyster Stout

Oysters and Stout have a rich history as food for the masses. With a big, roasted, malty body from the malts this heavy-weight stout was brewed with three additions of oysters, first in the mash tun, secondly into the kettle and finally in the hop-back resulting in a creamy rich texture and bright, briny Vancouver Island finish.
