Brasserie Spits - Blanche

Pale gold color, slightly cloudy, fine mousse. Nose on cereals, flour, hydrocarbons. Bitter and lacking in fruit on the palate, unbalanced bubbles and a tight finish. A new white far from the standards of style. Pity.
