Moondog Craft Brewery - Splice of Heaven Pine Lime Ice Cream

It's ostensibly an IPA, albeit an IPA that's been fruitifed with piney limey hops to in creating a suitably Splice-like tropical character, and then ice creamified too. This was achieved via the addition of vanilla to give it a creamy sweetness creating a combination with the fruit and beer that works.
