You have never had a mead like this. We picked up some of our absolute favorite mono floral honeys, Meadowfoam, fermented it and aged this mead in a dark rum barrel since December of 2017! Meadowfoam honey naturally has amazing savory notes of toasted marshmallows, caramel and brown sugar. Pair that with the spicy, rich, buttery notes of a dark rum barrel and boom, you have something VERY special.
