After two years brewmaster removed the “Do Not Disturb” sign from the aged white bourbon barrels in which this Wee Heavy rested. The result: smooth smoke and bourbon on the nose: dried fruit, dark peaty malts and caramel flavors on the palate followed by a lingering bourbon finish.
